- All orders will be shipped within 24 hours from Silicon Valley, CA (Mon-Sat) after clear payment, unless otherwise noted in specific listings.
- In the rare cases that an item is not in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse in China. We will contact you if this ever happens.
US Domestic Shipping
- We use USPS (US Post Office) for US domestic shipping, unless otherwise noted.
- Tracking numbers will be available for ALL shipments. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
International Shipping
- We use USPS (US Post Office) for orders shipped from US.
- And we use DHL Express (high value items) and China Post (small parcel) for orders shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
- Note that your phone number is REQUIRED by DHL Express if you choose to use DHL.
- Lithium batteries may not be included in international shippings per carriers' safety policy. In these cases, buyers will have to buy the batteries on their own. We can provide the model number but will not offer refund for the batteries.
- Buyers are responsible for any possible customs fees and import taxes.
